Winemaking Information

Vinified and aged in large oak barrels. Stainless steel tanks are also used for vintages with exceptionally high yields. Malolactic fermentation only occurs in years with high ripeness and PH. Maximum free sulphur at bottling of 30 mg/ltr.

Fining/Filtration: Light filtration at bottling (non-sterile)

Fun Facts: Take note of the bottle's top capsule foil: its color (blue, grey, red) will indicate the color of slate the grapes are grown on. These vines are grown on blue slate.
