Background
Champagne Gaston Collard was founded in 1937, but the domaine’s true beginnings date to 1982, when Jackie and Michel Collard withdrew from the local cooperative and started producing their own wines. Now run by cousins Cyril and Amandine Collard, the estate has converted its tiny 1.75 hectare vineyard to biodynamics and continues to produce top-notch Chanpagne from the Bouzy grand cru.
