Winemaking Information
Whole-cluster, open-top, semi-carbonic fermentation. Pressed and aged for eight months in used Burgundian barrels and 400-liter demi-muids, bottled unfiltered with minimal or no sulfur.

Fun Facts: Pinot Noir with a splash of Gamay. The wine is named after the lieu-dit it originates from, which roughly translates to "little gravelly one".
