Winemaking Information
Maceration on the skins for ten to twenty days. Natural fermentation then aging on the lees in 225 to 2000l oak barrels. Aged for 4 to 5 years in barrel, then an extended period in bottle before release.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered
