Winemaking Information

Maceration on the skins for four  to ten days. Natural fermentation then aging on the lees in 225 to 2000 liter barrels. Aged for two to three years in barrel.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered

Fun Facts: The label features a thumb print of founder and owner Branko Cotar. The vines are planted on iron-rich red limestone topsoil above karst subsoil.
