Vineyard Information
Appellation: Chablis
Soil Composition: Kimmeridgian, Limestone, Marl
Farming: Organic (certified)
Fun Facts: The De Moor purchased 0.92 hectares of this Premier Cru vineyard in 2017. The name is local dialect for "little valley". The soils feature a heavy marl that remind Olivier of the Rosette vineyard. The hill here is much steeper though.
