Mar i Muntanya Cotes Catalanes Blanc

“Mar i Muntanya” Blanc comprises roughly equal parts Grenache Blanc and Macabeu grown in the commune of Saleilles, situated nearer to the Mediterranean Sea than the domaine’s primary holdings and with sandier soils. These lighter soils produce a wine somewhat fresher in spirit and more relaxed in texture—a profile enhanced by a straightforward aging regimen of nine months in stainless steel on the fine lees.
