Winemaking Information

Grapes are partially destemmed, partially whole-cluster. Macerations are short, from 5 to 7 days. The wine is fermented in concrete with part of it aged in barrique.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered
