Winemaking Information

Grapes are destemmed and macerated five weeks in a wooden tronconic vat. Aged either in the same vat or barriques of 228l or 400l depending on quantities.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered

Farming: Biodynamic (certified)

Fun Facts: This wine is made in the Anjou appellation but intentionally declassified to Vin de France.
