Fun Facts: I've always believed in Altesse and Mondeuse. When we were accorded the AOC, the panel asked us to make sure we kept working with these indigenous varietals and I'm happy about that. I'm very attached to them and reinforce the Altesse in my Montagnieu bubbles with Mondeuse, which is a bit atypical (most people use Chardonnay).
