Winemaking Information

The grapes are 100% destemmed and macerated for ten days with regular pigeage and remontage in stainless steel. One and a half grams of S02 is added per hectoliter after malolactic fermentation and two grams at bottling.
SO2: During winemaking, at bottling
Fining/Filtration: Light filtration at bottling (non-sterile)
