Winemaking Information
Direct press and cold racking of the gross lees for 18 to 24 hours. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete vats. Aging in stainless and fiberglass vats on the lees. After malo, a racking is done and 1 gram of S02 is added per hectoliter. Finally, there is a light earth filtration and 1 to 1.5 grams of S02 per hectoliter are added at bottling.
SO2: During winemaking, at bottling
Fining/Filtration: Light filtration at bottling (non-sterile)
