Arbois-Pupillin Chardonnay
- White
- Chardonnay

Winemaking Information
The grapes are destemmed and direct pressed, where they ferment and age on the lees in foudre with regular top-ups until deemed ready to bottle. There are no set rules for how long the wine will stay in wood, though it usually spans many years (four or more).
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered
Vineyard Information
Appellation: Arbois-Pupillin
Soil Composition: Limestone, Clay, Marl
Farming: Biodynamic (not certified)
Fun Facts: This wine is exclusively sourced from the lieu-dit Les Viandris, a 1.7 hectare parcel of 50+year old vines. A small amount of Ploussard is also planted here. Because most of the Overnoy labels are identical, the only indication that this is the Chardonnay is the wine's white wax (the Savagnin is pictured).
