Fermented and aged in old barrels on the lees for at least 11 months. 50-80mg per liter of sulfur added at bottling.

Fun Facts: This wine consists of all the"B Selection" grapes that did not make it into the cru bottlings. So it's a blend of Batterieberg, Zeppwingert, Zollturm Ellergrub and Steffensberg.
