Winemaking Information
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 40 days maceration on skins in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Aged for one year in used French oak barriques, as well as 40 hectoliter wooden tanks, then an additional two years in bottle.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
