Winemaking Information
Vinified and aged in Austrian oak barrels for 12 to 15 months depending on the harvest. The wine then rests in bottle three months before release. Rackings carried out according to the lunar calendar.

Fun Facts: L’Onda translates to “The Wave”, which is prominently shown on the label. It is a very literal reference to Maria Ernesta being the new wave of the family and making wines in her own way.
