Winemaking Information

The fruit is pressed directly and then fermentation starts in fiberglass vats. It is subsequently bottled with 25 grams of sugar. A secondary fermentation in bottle occurs. The wine is disgorged manually before release.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered
